This seems to be Pityriaisis versicolor. Afungal infection. Apply conaz shampoo on the affected area in the morning. let it be there for 10 mins, then take a bath. Use conaz shampoo once daily as directed for 2 weeks. Apply Dermosporin lotion 12 hourly on the affected area. First, in the morning, after bath, dry your body and apply Dermosporin lotion on the affected area, and then in the night, if you take a bath, then apply it to the affected area after drying. Otherwise, apply on the affected area as such.
Do not use antimicrobial soaps.
Hope that will help.
