I am 23 years old, female and over weight, I have noticed a growth near my under arm which looks like a skin tag but it is attached to the skin which looks like it's filled with a fluid although I've had it for a few months now and it's not painful or anything but I want to know if there is any medicine to remove it at home. attaching the picture below.
