I have brown and black moles like pigmentation on my face around my nose and eyes area they are spreading at my whole face first it come in a form of little brown spot then it become a black mole and they are spreading day by day and one more issue is about accne not such a serious acne but iterating one its only at my chin area and aftr one pimple it leaves dark spots kindly help me out which treatment should i take to resolve my both issue with very less time ...

U shld visit a dermatologist and he can assess what u exactly have. From description it looks like freckles n moles both. But now both can be removed.
