Talk to Dermatologist on Stitch Scars

I had stitches on my forehead due to a head injury that resulted from accident. Now the scar is prominent and it’s probably 20 days old. I’ve consulted a doctor but the cream they suggested is very short in pak. So i want you to check and recommend something that is good enough to fade this scar away. Or if any other medical procedures are needed, please suggest.
