Aoa,apply scarend gel for at least 3 to 4 month 1 to 2 times daily.Rub this gently on your skin for 10 minutes.secondly contact expert dermatologist for laser Resurfacing(scar removal through laser treatment).

Sorry to say but Contratubex doesn’t do anything, polyfax is better that contratubex. You can try UV-cote gel daily but avoid sun exposure with this. If this doesn’t help we can offer you a specific scar treatment. Lots of our patients have benefited from it.

Is wound is healing well?....does it seems to leave a permanent scar?....I am very worried about it.

Contratubex is usually used to prevent hypertrophic scars. In your case the pigmentation is visible and the depth of the scar cannot be assessed. The scar management starts from very initial stages to avoid residual scar that includes Sun.protection with some prophylactic topical applications that helps to reduce inflammation process. It is suggested to get professional help from a dermatologist as they offer various scar reducing procedures. Have a nice day
Continue contractubex for at least 6months.scar will fade away. Use it twice a day nd in proper manner.
