Talk to Dermatologist on Strange Mole

I have a mole looking thing on my leg and ive had it for like 5 years probably. It peels right off if i use even slight force and leaves a red patch after i do so, just like how when you scratch a wound and it leaves that exposed red skin under. I was recently reading on cancerous mole and was just curious. For reference the mole grows back once picked off after around 1-2 weeks and it has a bumpiness to it and is raised with different shades of brown
