Asking For Self, Female, 26 Years old, Lahore

I’ve been on a hike in the past week and despite wearing a lot of sub block lotion, i am suffering from extreme sun tan. My skin is neat and my colour is quite fair but the tan is not going away. Any cream or treatment that i can do?

its better to book online video consultation via marham because it depends upon sunblock formula and different sunblock are for different skin types

Your skin naturally starts to exfoliate in 10 days. You add turmeric, aloe, resveretrol or glutathione to your diet.

it usually takes some time for the tan to go away.. keep using sunblock but ideally your sunblock should be above spf 30 and should be applied generously.. better to use especial kind of sunblocks not these cosmetic sunblocks as they dont offer appropriate suncoverage
