Swelling On Finger & Nail

Salam,
Hopefully you\'re well. I want to ask a question regarding my mother\'s hand finger that few days back my mother\'s finger got in pain and after that it got swollen. I also attached the finger\'s picture. Will you please let me know what we should apply on the finger to get a relief from pain and swelling? if you could help in this matter so, I will be really grateful.

Fusac Ointment
Twice a day.

She has acute bacterial infection with pus under nail and sides of fingers.
I will need to examine her before I can prescribe any medicine.

please book a consultation.  keep the finger clean with pyodine. Tab. Brufen  400 mg ,for pain. she might need antibiotic also. apply fusac h cream as suggested previously.
