Hello doctors, im having swollen Lump under my right armpit from months. It is soft and not that big and it is painless. Anything serious or what?

It's under the skin. Please have the lump checked by a very good doctor in your area. In my opinion the doctor must ask you for CT scan of chest and abdomen to see if you have these kind of things anywhere else in the body.
