I'm 15 years old and I have pimples and tiny bumps on my face specially forehead they're so irritating and blackheads on my nose I avoid using face washes and everything just use a Neem soap ? sometimes it's like they're all gone but at the same time they appear again my face glow is just gone ?? plz suggest me any good( face wash/soap/cleanser ) any tube and one more thing I can't eat any medicine ? so plz something for external use onlyy jazak Allah <3

you need proper exfoliating treatment
try SEBOLOGIC ACNE SERUM
apply at night with fine makeup brush evenly on affected affected areas
Don't be scared of the face washes. use a mild one several times a day. and maybe once in 10 days you may use a gentle scrub very gently in areas where you have black/, white heads.
