Tiny Bumps On Both Of Her Armpits

Question

My younger sister is 14 years old and recently she noticed and brought under our consideration that she has tiny bumps on both of her arm pits. I would highly appreciate if a dermatologist can guide on this regard and tell what this is. It isn't itchy or painful.

Although pictures are not of good quality making a definite diagnosis a bit different, but it seems that the secretions from the glands are blocked making those papules. In my opinion you should bring your sister to my clinic, making sure she is wearing a shirt with large sleeves enabling me to examine her. Or else wearing a T-shirt.
