i have severe hairfalling for 4 years....i have tried many oils,onion water but it doesn't stops and they are getting thin day by day,they are dry and dandruff present mostly in winter.....please suggest medicine or something else through which it would be recovered

A dermatologist near you must first try to find out the cause of the hair fall. if cause of not determined, there will not be any improvement. I wish your were in Karachi and would definitely have helped.
Dear there is not a single cause of hair loss..there are hundreds causes..first we would be like to get to that... secondly 100 hair falling per day Is a normal healthy phenomenon..if it's more than that than you should consult a dermatologist to find out cause and treat accordingly.

as this is quite an old problem i.e. for 4 years... it should be treated after proper diagnosis... & I advice you to get your scalp dandruff treatment too after proper examination... bcz it itself increases hairfall problem
plus medicine with anti hairfall sessions should b taken ..
only medicine won't work
