Assalamualaikum respected Drs,
I have been suffering from truncal acne for a long time. I have consulted many dermatologists but no one has completely treated my body acne. Can you please recommend a good body cleanser and body wash. Lately, I have completed a three month course of oxytetracycline. I have also taken oracea and azithromycin for a few months prescribed by another dermatologist a year ago.

I have this type of acne and it's spots on my upper arms, neck, shoulder, entire back and thighs. After few years of puberty, the acne was limited to only neck and shoulder but now it has spread to my entire body. I feel so embarrassed
