Has this always been the case? Or just recent onset?
If it's always been like this, then that is developmental and can not be changed without procedures. If it's recent onset, please give more details regarding it's temperature, any redness, any history of trauma.

Ma'am no history of trauma...no signs of inflammation...i started notice it 1 to 2 yrs back...i am doctor as well...is there any fascial exercise..???
If i go for a procedure should i consult dermatologist or plastic surgeon...is it safe???

You could go to a plastic surgeon, he may or not suggest surgery.. he might just suggest fillers, done by cosmetologist
