Asking For Self, Male 55, Rawalpindi

My question is for skin specialists, My age 55 male. Feeling rash and strong urge for rubbing on palms and fingers of my both hands from last two weeks, there is nothing visible to eye, but I can feel small pumps under skin of palms. While closing hands I also feel hardness while closing hands. Please guide. Regards

It's quite possible that you are washing hands too frequently with soaps/detergents very frequently or you have been using hand sanitizer very frequently.
If that is the case, minimize their use and apply Vaseline to your hands very frequently.

You must show in person. Lichen planus can start like this. It could be dermatophytide. Or just Irritant contact dermatitis

Still switch to Dove soap. Apply Nerisone forte ointment twice daily on hands. See a dermatologist near you

The impression i get from your picture is of dry skin.use moisturising soaps and mix it ointment after every wash. Reduce the unnecessary use of sanitizer
