My niece gets watery pimples that result in wounds (images attached). We have consulted the doctor who recommended the following medicines;
1) Calamine Lotion 2) Neo-Sedil 2.5mg/5ml Syrup 3) Stamox (BP) 125mg Syrup 4) Lorgy-D 0.5mg Syrup 5) Fusil Cream
The wounds are recovering with medicines, but this is the second time happening to her. Can any dermatologist or any specialist cross check the medicines above and also suggest some solutions that can permanently resolve this issue ?
Thanks

as a skin specialist i want to advise you if it recurrent then better to visit nearby dermatologist for proper investigation,because other than impetigo there are some other blistering skin disorders which need to be evaluate to carry some specific skin test
if its only on hands then simple apply mupir ointment two times daily for one week and don't need heavy antibiotics if its only in hands and for further queries you can book online video consultation via marham for appointment click below link https://www.marham.pk/online-consultation/dermatologist/multan/dr-alina-abid-19344
Physical examination of the lesion is best for diagnosis. No picture or video can replace the importance of clinical examination and history taking of the patient.
If you are not satisfied with the diagnosis. and treatment, it is best advised that you take your child to a dermatologist in a bigger city for examination and treatment.
It needs discussion kindly call me through Marham by booking appointment
