First of all. stop using Tobacco and smoking and avoid spicy and hot food for a wk.
there are multiple types of oral conditions with white patches like lichen planus or leukoplakia but exact diagnosis is possible after consulting A oral surgeon or ENT consultant.
stop eating hot and spicy food and improve your oral hygiene by brushing 2 times daily and increase water intake.
