I wanted to ask that once the blood sugar level goes high.. does this mean that the person has diabetes or is it just a temporary thing and it will decrease with some proper diet and exercise? My family has diabetic history so I do my sugar test every few months. Everything was normal but from the past 2-3 days I'm feeling extremely thirsty again and again and more frequently urinary , also the fatigue is extreme.
