Sir mara papa ke sugar cheak ke ha keyo ka onho ke Tabyat ni thek ho rhi thi  Subah Without breakfast onho ke Sugar level 80-90 a rhi after breakfast onho ke 100-120 a rhi ha kabi kabi 100 a rhi kay ya normal ha 
(Phala sugar ka onho ko koe masla ni)

Slow morning and evening walk.
