My father is 61, His sugar is 274. What should I do? Can't go for a doctor's consultation.

2. Morning and evening 30 min walk.
3. Tab. Glucophage 500 mg 1 tab 30 min before Breakfast
4.Tab. Glucophage 250 mg 1 tab. 30 min before Dinner.
