I posted earlier about my anxiety issue. I am still facing that, but from a good amount of time I was able to control it within myself without saying it to anybody. but, today when I was outside home I panicked, feeling like I can't catch breath and fast heart rate. Now after having dinner and 2 hours after dinner I have checked my sugar level that is 91 . this is too low sugar for random range. (I didn't ate full tummy, but ate good).
now, am confused IS ANXIETY CAUSING LOW SUGAR LEVEL or LOW SUGAR IS CAUSING ANXIETY?
