My fasting suger is 85 everytime I checked. My randon suger is 140 almost I checked many times. My hba1c is 5.2. After eating dinner yesterday night my random suger is 140 after two hours then suddenly I drink 500ml coke and after 30 mints my suger goes 187 and again after 30 mints it is 163 and then after two hours its 99.
Is that ok?

Just to tell you here from 187 after 30 mints, 164 again after 30 mints and then after 2 hours 99. Total time difference from 187 to 99 is 3 hours. Is this normal?

Hello,
Checked bp many times 110/70 and sometimes 130/80.
Rft reports are completely fine.
How I can reduce my hba1c? I’m now exercising from last 14 days. My target weight is 75 kgs from 91 kgs. Already loose 1.5kgs. Eating very low carbs. I’ve stopped all drink except water.
Any recommendation?

Aoa, i’ve check my blood suger levels after eating 45mints its 109 then again checked 109 after 2 hours but when I checked again after 3 hours its 140 without anything eating. Why this is happened and is this normal. My hba1c is 5.2 checked today.

HbA1c is the test specific for diabetes.. your HbA1c is 5.2 which is perfectly fine..if it is above 6 then we should worry about it..so you are safe and just relax.

It's normal, could mean you have impaired glucose tolerance. If you are really concerned then ask a good lab to do 2hr OGTT. Otherswise just adopt a healthy active lifestyle
