Talk to Diabetologist on Diabetes

once i checked my sugar level was 116.. (about a year ago) then shocked because its too much, then i took extra care, and then in that day my random sugar was 83, (i skipped my meals and had extra exercises done,) now some times it showes 102 or 103 ( fasting) today 12 hours of fasting i checked my sugar level which was 102 after taking my breakfast ( a mug of tea, a normal roti with a small amount of butter and egg) i checked after 2 hours of taking breakfast it was 110.. ( i usually do work in daytime, but i have no activity in evening or night, most of my time in night i spend with having no work, just reading) is it an alarming situation or normal? having 102 sugar i am much woried about this... (i am 30 years old i have no baby yet, 4 years of marriage)
