wa alaikum assalam after delivery it gets resolved but she is now at risk of developing diabetes later in her life kindly do lifestyle modification weight loss, avoid sugary foods, cold drinks etc. Just do serial blood glucose monitoring for now until her level gets on baseline then annual checkup.
