assalamualaikum everyone! mera ye problem hai k me 27 saal ka hn and mjhe sugar hai jiska m elaj nahi krwaraha abi tk still mene kisi doctor s consult nahi kra hai ye mjhe last 6,7 months phle pata chla jb mene sugr test krwaya tha problem is me jb b sugar check krta meri bht high rhti fasting m 200+ and after dinner 350 tk hoti so,I don't want to go for insulin and other heavy medication kindly suggest something to control it on daily basis glucophage kitna mg leskte ya or koi medicine jis s ye control hou ? one more thing I intake sheesha on daily basis does it also effect on my sugar please comfirm ? and please kindly mjhe response kren m bht stressed hn right now .please thanks in advance
Assalam o Alaikum. Ap ko sugar k ilawa koi problem to Nahi hai pehlay? Ap ki sugar kaafi Ziada hai. Yeh Tests kerwayain: HbA1c, Renal Function Tests, Lipid profile and Liver functions tests. In k baad Tab. Empa 10mg once daily with breakfast and Tab. Glucophage 500mg once daily with lunch start karain. Tests ki report send kar dain as soon as you recieve. Tab. Empa k sath 1.5-2 liter daily pani piyain. Agar pani ziada Nahi piayain gay to paishaab ka infection aur pani ki kami ho sakti hai. Tab. Empa jism mai se sugar nikalti hai, pishaab k raastay. Yeh bohat effective medicine hai. Aur apni diet mai tabdeeli karain. Kuch bhi meeetha mat khayain. Apni khoraaak ko 3-4 hissooon mai takseeeem kar k 3-4 dafa Khana khayain. Assalam o Alaikum
