hy meri mom ki sara din sugar theek rehti hai uo to mark agar un ki medicine main thira bhi izqfa karien tu sugar low hu jati hai.... masla yeh sara din sugar theek hai but fasting 8 hrs per 140 fasting after 10 hrs per 130 aur after 12 hrs before breakfast 110 huti hai kia 8 hrs per per sahu karnay ki zaroorat hai ya yeh sahi hai ky agar dose increase karien tu un ki low hu jati hai...... baki random sugar perfect hai un ki 140 to 160

Even don't know the medication, she is using but my advise is to adjust the timing of night.
Ensure the timing of dinner and medication time, that is quite important.

ok as her control is fine then I suggest continue the current dose.At this age fasting is not too bad.
