it is better to consult surgeon so he can properly examine pts feet and then ll start treatment.anyhow if you want to start treatment capsule velosef 500mg three time per day for 5 days and then inform me .also tight control of diabetes is very necessary

Well, this kind of patients do not need online consultation rather than to be seen physically. you must consult a good Vascular Surgeon with good skills in minor surgeries. you may involve plastic surgeon for good cosmetic recovery. Mostly these kind of issues are due to PAD i.e Peripheral Arterial Disease and if minor can be corrected by peripheral angiography but if any major vessel is involved, entirely upon the consulting doctors.
