Asalam-U-Alikum, My mother is a diabetic patient just checked her fasting blood sugar levels i.e 289 mg/dl despite taking Vildagliptin+metformin 50+850 BID, and 20 units humulin 70/30 before breakfast. kindly suggest any intervention.
