I've been a diabetic for a year now an no medicine seems to suit me. My question is from the experts that can we reverse Diabetes Type 2 with diet.

It's very hard to reverse diabetes with diet only. But you can mange it with good diet lifestyle and medications and avoid further complications. And since it requires detailed counseling that's why appointment is a better option. I hope you got your answer

If your HbA1c and sugar levels are in control and not very high. You can definitely manage it with good diet and lifestyle
