Talk to Diabetologist on Prediabetes

Hi - I have done a test HBA1C - and my test result is 40 mmol/mol - doctor said it's normal range and pre-diabetes start from 42.

When I check another doctor - he said it's predicates. any diabetes expert doctor please guide me is it normal range or it's in predicates.

also how to lower this as last year same result result was 36 - within a year it's increases 36 to 40. may be i am eating too much of sweet, my cholestrol is slight high - doctor didn't recommend any medicines on that and my BMI is 27.

try to reduce your weight ,your BMI should be around 25, once you reduce it then get HbA1c again
