Talk to Diabetologist on Pregnancy Diabetes

Hi I am 6.3 weeks pregnant, urine shows positive glucose i want to know is it normal in pregnancy? or which more test should be done ? What is diabetic screening in pregnancy? If glucose tolerance test is diabetic screening then fasting of 12 hours is enough ? Can i drink water in fasting ?
