I belive if her sugar is well controlled and wishes to FAST then switch the night pill at Aftar time and viptin met 50/500 at sehar time
do keep a check especially 8 hours after sehar and couple hours before aftar

need dose adjustment 50/850 at iftar and 50/500 in sehri time monitor blood sugar levels for 2-3 days if its high/low further adjustment would be needed. You can contact me if you've any further query.

viptinmet 50/850 8n iftar
but check sugar in RozA 3 times for for first 3roza if it is low then further reduced the tablet to half
