Hi All - I have got test for Diabetes and it's came 40 mmol / l (5.8). does that mean I have a diabetes or prediabetes, can i reserve it or make it normal - I was eating too much for sweets in last 1 year - and my BMI is 26.5 which I am trying to reduce weight now.
