Pehlay aap pooree tarah heal ho jayen. Take at least 3 months before starting any tough exercise on tummy. It is better to walk according to your tolerance level during these 3 months.

take balance diet with fruits proteins, avoid junk food, exercise can be done after 6weeks, mobility should be considered well,
You can lose weight by following these guidelines:
In the early morning drink one glass of warm water with one cinnamon stick,
it will help to lose fat easily. Or Simply Drink one glass of warm water if don't like anything.
1-Don't Overeat,
Eat to fill your Satiety level only.
2-Try to Drink a glass of Water after every 2hours.
3-Drink 1-2 glass of water in between meals if you feel hungry.
4-Do not lie down immediately after meal,walk at least 10 minutes after every meal.
5-Do not sit continuously in a single place for more than one hour instead walk 2-3 minutes after an hour and then resume your activity.
6-Keep yourself physically active and don't take stress.
7-Sleep for 8 hours and Go to Bed before 11pm.
(Sleeping too much and waking up late hinders weight loss)
8-Increase your water intake upto 2 liters and try to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
9-Divide your foods into small portions, Eat 5 meals per day instead of 3 meals per day.
10-Prefer Boiled Foods Over Fried Foods.
11-Always try to eat homemade healthy foods instead of Low Standard Restaurant foods.
12-Eat rice only one plate one time once in a week in lunch not dinner.
(try to prefer Boiled Rice)
13-Limit your salt intake and use less salt while preparing your food.

please add protein based foods in your diet. egg qeema etc. its bcz of muscle weakness
just take it easy i would take some months to get back to its previous u need to be patient. ag this stage u should take care of ur wounds and try to better feed ur little one. wear belt if u can. or wait untill post partum session passess. afterwards i would suggest u some workout and diet if u would like to appoint urself to me.
