Aoa I am 25 years old height 5'1" and my weight is 37...If I look back to my childhood i was healthy.. after teen age my weight start decreasing day by day..I am really worried how to manage this issue i try every thing like ensure banana shake and what ever some one suggest me but the only one thing i dont like to eat is roti...and perviously i feel hungry after some time no i can stay normal 5 6 hours without eating anything please suggest me what to do :(
replace roti with porridge.
u r not taking these things(banana shake and ensure )on regular basis or not make them ur routine.kindly go for healthy life style.take breakfast before 9 and dinner before 10. kindly book an appointment for proper diet plan

Here are some dietary regime to help you in weight gain .don't skip your breakfast....
2 _ 1/2 cups of fruit
3_ 1/2 cups of vegetables. 6-10 ounces of grain, 1/2 from whole grains. 4 cups of nonfat or low-fat dairy foods. 5-7 ounces of protein (meat, beans, and seafood) each day if you are not allergic to sea foods. (Fouji Porridge 1 cup,oats meal 2 dates plus any protein milkshAke) (salad daal,raita or yogur dark green leafy vegetables, lentils . agr veggies k bat kare to sb se best wo spinach peas Broccoli easily available and its best source of f olat(folic acid).

You need to get proper consultation, because we need to know some medical lab values/test reports by which the reason and issue will be interpreted…
You can increase your portion size and small frequent meal,, 1 hr at least morning walk and eat combination of foods like roll paratha, fruit chaat, chunna chaat, dahii brray, energy bars, sandwiches and so many other options consult with me
dear please take 5 to 6 meals a day.dont skip roti . take oat porridge with banana n dates .take green tea( cinamon cardimom, lemon and ginger) it will boost your metabolism and increase your appetite
