Please Follow some instructions below which will definitely reduce 5 kg in 2 month.
ok let's start your Routine...
1- Breastfeeding is necessary if u are lactating mother
2- According to your age u should maintain 24.5 BMI...if u can provide ur height i will do some Anthropometric measurements for you.
3- Count your daily calories which should not less than 1600/day.(if not than please DM me).
4-Reduce your Fat intake and carbs intake initially, go with lean protein and good fats according to RDA.
5- No need for exercise as you mentioned but than u will not take Milk tea always use luke warm water with some drops of lemon.
6- Soak 1 spoon Chia Seeds into 1 cup of water n drink that after 5 mint every day.
7- Use 1 cup skimmed milk with 1 spoon Ispaghol (Psyllium husk) init.
