how about her hba1c and Cr levels

The management of Diabetes Mellitus include:
1. Diet Management. Frequent Small meals.
2. Walk and Excercise
3. Stress Management
4. Drug
If Insulin is given:
Administer Insulin as per body weight 2 units/kg / day in divided doses.
In morning 2/3 rd of total dose
1/3 in Evening 1/2 hour before meal.
Hi. Her sugars are very high. Please do Hba1c also. It seems she will need insulin. There are many different types of insulins in the market. Usually one is acting for long time usually for 24 hours and the other short acting for few hours. Long acting is given once or twice a day and short acting with meals.
