My mother use Tab Getryle 4mg 1xBD Tab Sita 50 mg after use these tablets, also more time sugar remain between 220 mg/dl to 300 mg/dl. Also mother are not Agreed for Insulin. kindly Suggest me medicine with these medicine or any changing in medicine, Except insulin. Me Remember in Pray those who help me please.

she take for,
Tab Esiday 50mg 1xOD
TAB Carsel 50 mg 1x BD
Tab Lipiget 20mg 1xHs
Tab Alkeris 100 mg 1x OD
Tab Loprin 75mg 1x OD
Always complain of constipation, sweeling on Abdomen during constipation.
but i am afraid for sugar always out of range 200 mg/dl

Hi there. Dr sahib suggested above about Xiga. It's a good option. start with Tab. Xiga 5mg morning. if needed can increase to 10mg daily later if needed to further control sugars.

it's very important to avoid constipation.
Start with syrup. Lacasil 15mls at night to relieve constipation
