Talk to Endocrinologist on Disturbance Of Hormones

Assalam U Alaikum need gynecologist advice Weight:65 Height:5 ft I'm married and not conceived yet.4 months before my periods cycle got disturbed then after checkup i was diagnosed with high level of insulin,bp and thyroid resistance,my ultrasound report was ok.Dr suggested me medication of: thyroxine, glucophage, locyst, ascard, surbex-z and prothiaden after this my periods cycle got normal I'm taking these medicines till now. But now the problem is this month i did not got my periods i taught I'm pregnant and got done my beta hcg level checked but unfortunately the report is negative i didn't having periods cramps or any other of symptoms of periods what should i do now???
