Assalam-o-alaikum, I'm 19 years old and my height is just 5 feet 3 inches. My father's height is 5'5 and my mother's height is 5 feet. I'm worried about it.. I want to gain 4 to 5 inches more height. Is there any possibility for me to increase my height.. Any diet or exercise... Plz help me I'm really worried about it?
