Talk to Endocrinologist on Hormonal Imbalance?

ASA doctors I wanted to ask about facial hair on my face I am experiencing chin hair which were moderate since 8-9 months,I have been married for 5 months now. chin hair is persistent but have decreased slightly now. got 2 irregular cycles after marriage and now last cycle was of 32 days and on time. got pelvic scan done and there was no cysts in ovaries and it was okay scan. Doctor put me on inofolic and folic acid since one month and I used to get slight pimples on my face which I didn't get this month. can someone pls guide me about it. what should I do for chin hair and is it hormonal imbalance? i was 61 kgs pre marriage and have gained 4-5 kgs after marriage too I want to conceive and tried last month too but got my periods should I just do weight reduction and continue inofolic and folic acid? pelvic scan was done on 10th day of cycle last month and reports on 2nd day of menstrual cycle I tracked my ovulation this month and have been tracking from 4 days but shows a faint line,n
