Talk to Endocrinologist on Hypo Or Hyper Throidism

I was treated hypo thyroidism for 6 to 7 years and its been 10 years taking thyronorm medicine dr recommend me to take it life time and they also said that after treatment i am normal but now i am 21 years old and my weight is 80 above i am extremely heat sensitive my menstrual cycle is not regular i dont even know the last date of my periods its that much irregular and i also have hairfall... Kindly help me i dont know what to do...
