Salam.kindly guide me about my report. I left medicine 1 year before.do I started my medicine again. Due to this situation m unable to visit my Dr. Reports are attached. I posted 3 days before too but no Dr reply me.

OK. now you don not need of thyroxin as your TSH level are within normal range but in future more chances of developing thyriod problems as you have higher anti-TPO that indicates risk of thyriod issues esp thyroditis.
you should repeat TSH level after 6 months and watch for symptoms
