Talk to Endocrinologist on Itching/prurigo

Since a few months i have got small nodules on my feet and lower legs, they itch a lot and upon searching the web I came to know they are most likely prurigo nodularis.

I am looking for a doctor who specialises in treatment of this disease, it is really frustrating to find a proper dermatologist because many specialise in cosmetology only. Doctor from Islamabad is preferred. Thanks
