Talk to Endocrinologist on Low Body Growth

I am a 24 year old girl. My problem is that being a 24 year old my height and body parts and weight dont look like a 24 year old woman. I look like a 12 or 13 year old kid. This is quite depressing for me because mu friends are making fun of me and when i look at my self i cannot find anything changed in my body or even height. I need to consult to the doctor for the proper treatement or remedy for my growth since my growth has been stopped. Please help me and provide me the reason why it is happening? What are the causes of stop growth in my body and what are the medication for me to grow at all end of my body. Please help me abd suggest something effective.
