Talk to Endocrinologist on My Mother Weight Is 55, She Is Diabetic Since 1995 And On Insulin Since 2003.

My mother is diabetic since 1995 and on insulin since 2003. Her sugar is always not more than 200 on random but from yesterday sugar level is 400 , i checked now it is 376, v did test in lad also it was same..took her to dr he increased doze of insulin to 30 in morning and 26 at night. She is also using neodipar tab. She feels fever from 3 days. can't eat too much now adays because feels nausea. My que is what to do in this case how to low down her sugar level.
