Talk to Endocrinologist on One Breast Enlargement

Hi doc, i need a serious guidance and help from endocrinologist. Iam facing a problem since last 2 years that one side of my breast is enlarged. I studied about this on internet and fond that may be iam suffering with gynecomastia. Sometimes a feel pain in my breast its getting prominent day by day. What should i do ? Any specific tests ? And also planning for checkup from endocrinologist.

I need to examine u to document whether it is true gynecomastia or pseudogynaecomastia. Then we will proceed accordingly. For now u can get two tests done before u see meTSH Serum prolactin
