Salam,I have pain in penise shaft whenever I am aroused and does not get fully hard when fully aroused with a girl ..my 2nd question is I have low facial hair and I was wondering if I can testosterone replacement therapy for increasing my facial growth and which doctor I should consult to for both these matters above..
