Talk to Endocrinologist on Recurring Kidney Stones

I had a 12.4 mm kidney stone due to which I went through lithotripsy 8 Months ago, now I have two more kidney stones; one in ureter and one in upper pole of right kidney, is it possible that it's the same stone or I got new ones. my doctor kept asking for x-ray kub and Urine R/E. The reports were fine but I had pain episodes. Now without doctors consultation I got an ultrasound kub done and there are two kidney stone; A calculus measuring 3.7 mm seen at lower pole. Mild hydronephrosis with dilated proximal, mid and distal ureter upto crossing of iliac vessels. A calculus measuring 6.2 mm seen in distal ureter at crossing of iliac vessels.
