Talk to Endocrinologist on Typhoid Fever

Asalam O alikum, my mother diagnosed Typhoid Fever according to the test results but she has so much weakness that she is unable to get up by herself and can’t even go to the bathroom. I was struggling to get hold of someone who could visit our house and give her any treatment like if she could have a glucose drip. Could I get any help or advice in this situation. Thank you
